David's Story

David came to us with a severe seizure disorder. He was scared and frustrated because he had tried for over a year to receive Social Security SSI, but was denied at every level. With his first child due to be born any day, David hired Jorgensen Law, with many questions and concerns. How would he support his new child, his family, himself? David couldn’t perform any jobs with his frequent seizures and he desperately needed help. We quickly began working on David’s Social Security claim and gathered all the necessary evidence to prove his disability. After successfully representing David in court, he received his Social Security benefits. David now has a beautiful healthy baby and he is able to provide the necessary food and shelter for his family. This is an example of a great young man who Jorgensen Law has had the privilege of knowing and helping win his case.

Diane's Story

Diane came to Jorgensen Law suffering from severe depression and Bipolar Disorder. She had been treating with her psychiatrist for a few years, but despite taking her medications, she was unable to function in the work force. Diane felt defeated and that she was completely alone. Her Denial letters from Social Security were mounting and she didn’t know where to turn. In this condition, Diane saw a Jorgensen Law commercial on television and after a friend recommended the firm, she called and asked for help. We contacted Social Security for Diane and gathered all the medical evidence necessary to win her case before an Administrative Law Judge. As Diane walked out of the hearing, tears filled her eyes and she threw her arms around Mr. Jorgensen, relieved it was over, she had won! Although Diane continues to deal with her disability, we are so happy that she no longer wonders where she will sleep at night and how she’s going to pay her hospital bills.
